The Scrambler EN-V3 is the one bike in our range certified as an EPAC to EN 15194 as supplied — 250W continuous, 25 km/h, tested as a whole bike rather than certified on the battery alone. That certification is what NSW's power-assisted pedal cycle rules turn on. It's still worth confirming current requirements with Transport for NSW before riding on public roads or paths, and altering this bike's settings after purchase voids both the certification and the warranty. Every other bike we sell is supplied locked to 250W, 25 km/h as well, but most carry motors rated well above that — we sell those for private property and off-road use only.
